  • “Naga Jolokia” is the hottest chilli in the world. This crop is cultivated in the state of Assam. In 2007, it was announced as the hottest chili by the Guinness World Records.
  • Naga Jolokia is also popularly known as “Bhut Jolokia,” “Ghost Pepper,” “Raja Mirchi,” and “Raja Chilli.”
  • These chillies are very delicate and measure from 2.5 to 3.3 inches in length.
